Frequently Asked Questions

Do you require minimum orders? No minimum order required. We’re happy to fill single prescriptions or bulk orders.

Can patients order directly? Patients must have a prescription from a licensed provider. They can contact us for refills of existing prescriptions.

Do you offer herb consultations? Yes, our experienced herbalists are available for a referral for formula consultations and modifications at PinPoint Acupuncture please see our booking page.

What areas do you ship to? We ship throughout Washington State. Pickup available at our Seattle location.

How do you ensure herb quality? All herbs are third-party tested and come with Certificates of Analysis. We only source from GMP-certified suppliers.
