**Special for Cigna PPO Insurance Plans Only**

PinPoint is able to directly submit for out of network reimbursement with Cigna PPO plans. Instead of us providing you with a superbill and having to self-submit, you can use your out of network benefits directly through us. Your insurance benefits vary depending on your plan. When you do a self-check make sure you have “out of network” listed in the search.

All other Out of Network insurances

PinPoint will provide you a superbill for self submission for out of network benefits.
